It s too early for me to take a pg test but i ve only had this sensation when breastfeeding my son 2 years ago. For those recently posting this question i had this let down sensation in my breasts which i haven t had since the early days of nursing and i was sure it was a pregnancy sign. It lasts throughout the day for me and feels just like a mild milk letdown feeling.

It was so strong with me i had to keep checking to make sure i had not leaked breast milk but never did.

So this symptom is totally new to me. I had late implantation around 10dpo temp dip spotting then first positive at 14dpo so maybe you did implant early and are feeling something. Tingling sensation like let down pg symptom. I thought that s strange.
